If you’re new to yoga … only go to where is comfortable for you.
Over stretching will not have the desired affect.
Your flexibility will improve each time you practice these poses.
Remember it is a meditative practice with the intention to clear and Balance
If you’re unable to practice the yoga poses … sit in a meditation position (spine upright) and bring your hands into Hand position shown … and place posed hands in front of your Throat chakra and imagine a flow of energy through this space
